- 250ml Water
- 250ml Sugar
- 300g Fresh Strawberries, pureed
- 50ml Elderflower cordial
- Place the water and the sugar into a saucepan and bring to the boil until all the sugar has dissolved.
- Once the sugar has dissolved, take the saucepan off the heat and add the pureed strawberries and elderflower cordial.
- Leave for around 30 minutes or until the mixture is cool.
If you have a ice cream maker, place the strawberry mixture in and leave to churn until the mixture is nearly firm. Then place the strawberry mixture into a freezer proof tub. Then leave to set completely and enjoy!
If you do not have a ice cream maker, no worries. Just place the mixture into a freezer proof tub and place in the freezer then every now and again, using fork, fork the mixture to gain the sobert texture. Then was the mixture has set, enjoy!
